This instruction implements the Joint Strategic Capability Plan and details how all levels of command will collect, record, report, evaluate, and pass information on nuclear detonations, biological, and or chemical events, and any contamination resulting from those events. It supports Commander in Chief North American Aerospace Defense Command (CINCNORAD) CONPLAN 3310-96(S) and is directive on all forces and commands in the NORAD Nuclear Biological Chemical Warning and Reporting System (NBCWRS).
The GLASSEYE report is an aircrew voice report describing, in narrative form, observed post-attack battle damage. This information is passed to a NORAD NBCOC which formats the information into a CARDA report. The CARDA report can then be FORWARD TOLD via ROCC and SOCC FORWARD TELL lines and NFARS and NAFTOC teletype circuits.
Once a GLASSEYE Report (Attachment 4), has been received, it is converted at the RAOCs and SAOCs to a NORAD Form 56, CARDA Report (see Attachment 5), and transmitted through the HQ NORAD NBCWRS to the NCAs, major military commands, and federal agencies over the FORWARD TELL TTY circuit. The HQ NORAD NBCOC telephone numbers for GLASSEYE or CARDA reports are DSN 268-3392/3393 or NTAS 310-268- 3392/3393.

My previous post on Blackjack.
I do not for one minute believe Operation Blackjack is just from the pure imagination of Justin Williams. As one of the coded messages from the storyboard says "This is not simply entertainment"
Operation Blackjack took a lot of research and planning. (Yes the graphics were crap and I could do a better job with my eyes closed) but No-one unaccustomed to conspiracies, shadow government , nor the threats and politics of today could put this together in such a fashion as it was. Not to mention the pure eeriness of it all.
I would err on the side of caution here, and keep your eyes open, be prepared, and don't allow yourselves to be caught up in one subject only, keep your eye on the ball, think outside the box. Never forget who you are dealing with. TPTB control the mainstream media and will delight in screwing with the public, especially those who are tuned into their activities. don't give the evil doers the delight of instilling FEAR into you. They want to create fear, it is "Order out of Chaos" and that is the way they always operate. It is their motto. If you fear , you are being controlled and they have succeeded. Live as free as you possibly can and don't allow yourselves to be bullied.
They are rubbing this in our faces, I believe 100% that America is destined for Nuclear war very soon, I have been saying it for the past few years, and yes people scoff and laugh at my thoughts on this, however I just direct them back to the year 2000 and ask them if they thought the events of Sept 11 , 2001 could ever happen, it's funny when they silently speak the word "no" then look down to the floor and think!
America is going to suffer like its never suffered before, I believe the daily Telegraph is openly shoving this down our throats, it to desensitize us, just as "the long gunman" did, just as all the signs of 911 did , It is a ruse to get us "comfortable" or "Accept and get used to" what is coming.

The 3rd Infantry Divisions 1st Brigade Combat Team has spent 35 of the last 60 months in Iraq patrolling in full battle rattle, helping restore essential services and escorting supply convoys.
Now theyre training for the same mission — with a twist — at home.
Beginning Oct. 1 for 12 months, the 1st BCT will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks.
It is not the first time an active-duty unit has been tapped to help at home. In August 2005, for example, when Hurricane Katrina unleashed hell in Mississippi and Louisiana, several active-duty units were pulled from various posts and mobilized to those areas.
But this new mission marks the first time an active unit has been given a dedicated assignment to NorthCom, a joint command established in 2002 to provide command and control for federal homeland defense efforts and coordinate defense support of civil authorities.
After 1st BCT finishes its dwell-time mission, expectations are that another, as yet unnamed, active-duty brigade will take over and that the mission will be a permanent one.
Right now, the response force requirement will be an enduring mission. How the [Defense Department] chooses to source that and whether or not they continue to assign them to NorthCom, that could change in the future, said Army Col. Louis Vogler, chief of NorthCom future operations. Now, the plan is to assign a force every year.
The command is at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colo., but the soldiers with 1st BCT, who returned in April after 15 months in Iraq, will operate out of their home post at Fort Stewart, Ga., where theyll be able to go to school, spend time with their families and train for their new homeland mission as well as the counterinsurgency mission in the war zones.
Stop-loss will not be in effect, so soldiers will be able to leave the Army or move to new assignments during the mission, and the operational tempo will be variable.
Dont look for any extra time off, though. The at-home mission does not take the place of scheduled combat-zone deployments and will take place during the so-called dwell time a unit gets to reset and regenerate after a deployment.
The 1st of the 3rd is still scheduled to deploy to either Iraq or Afghanistan in early 2010, which means the soldiers will have been home a minimum of 20 months by the time they ship out.
In the meantime, theyll learn new skills, use some of the ones they acquired in the war zone and more than likely will not be shot at while doing any of it.
They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.
Training for homeland scenarios has already begun at Fort Stewart and includes specialty tasks such as knowing how to use the jaws of life to extract a person from a mangled vehicle; extra medical training for a CBRNE incident; and working with U.S. Forestry Service experts on how to go in with chainsaws and cut and clear trees to clear a road or area.
The 1st BCTs soldiers also will learn how to use the first ever nonlethal package that the Army has fielded, 1st BCT commander Col. Roger Cloutier said, referring to crowd and traffic control equipment and nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them.....

Posse Comitatus Act
For more than 100 years — since the end of the Civil War — deployment of the U.S. military inside the U.S. has been prohibited under The Posse Comitatus Act (the only exceptions being that the National Guard and Coast Guard are exempted, and use of the military on an emergency ad hoc basis is permitted, such as what happened after Hurricane Katrina). Though there have been some erosions of this prohibition over the last several decades (most perniciously to allow the use of the military to work with law enforcement agencies in the "War on Drugs"), the bright line ban on using the U.S. military as a standing law enforcement force inside the U.S. has been more or less honored — until now. And as the Army Times notes, once this particular brigade completes its one-year assignment, "expectations are that another, as yet unnamed, active-duty brigade will take over and that the mission will be a permanent one."
After Hurricane Katrina, the Bush administration began openly agitating for what would be, in essence, a complete elimination of the key prohibitions of the Posse Comitatus Act in order to allow the President to deploy U.S. military forces inside the U.S. basically at will — and, as usual, they were successful as a result of rapid bipartisan compliance with the Leader’s demand (the same kind of compliance that is about to foist a bailout package on the nation). This April, 2007 article by James Bovard in The American Conservative detailed the now-familiar mechanics that led to the destruction of this particular long-standing democratic safeguard:

"I was the first guy in the brigade to get Tasered," said Cloutier, describing the experience as "your worst muscle cramp ever — times 10 throughout your whole body". . . .
The brigade will not change its name, but the force will be known for the next year as a CBRNE Consequence Management Response Force, or CCMRF (pronounced "sea-smurf").

By January 12th, 2009 life as you know it shall not be the same. It will not be for the better. The date is not set in stone but it will happen before January 12th 2009. There are a string of events that will happen. It will NOT be over by January 12th, 2009 but I can promise it you it will have happened by then and these things are not good.
I can't say much more until it begins and you will see the reason for that when it does. However, when it does begin you will all know it and I will be back and be able to give you more information on what is to follow.
There is nothing that can stop it but once it starts there will be the things you can do to protect yourself and I promise I will help everyone who wants it.
An attack will happen on U.S. soil by January 12th, 2009. I cannot say what kind of an attack.
In some ways it deals with the country of Georgia, in others it doesn't.
I can't give details on what country the attack comes from as I have guidelines to the information I can offer and that is strictly forbidden.
It will affect all other countries eventually.
The attacks will be spread out across the entire United States, some bigger and some smaller in casualties and intensity of attack. I cannot say where the first attack will take place only because I do not know the exact location of the first. But remember they will be from coast to coast eventually.
I cannot say the motive for the attack because it would result in revealing who is responsible.
I cannot reveal the full scale of the events because yes I am being monitored. I am not physically being watched but everything I type is.

I cannot tell you in what form the attack comes. I am sorry but that is against my guidelines.
There is no telltale sign before it will happen. But once it happens everyone in the world will know about it.
I cannot say if Pakistan is a focal point but I can say Pakistan will eventually be a factor but depending on how long before January 12th, 2009 the first event takes place will depend if Pakistan is a factor by January 12th, 2009.
When it begins everyone will not be bleeding and dying. It will be a massive event but most Americans will continue with their daily lives. I am here to tell you not to do that because it will not get better after it begins. It will get worse. And that's when I hope some of you may come back here and I will be able to offer some helpful information.
I cannot tell you that martial law will be declared and I cannot tell you that it won't. What I can tell you is you should look at some of the bills involving martial law that the current president has passed and you may be able to get a clearer view on that for yourself.
The FEMA camps will eventually have much to do with the situation after it begins.
It may not necessarily be an attack on personal freedom but personal freedom will be severely crippled.
I cannot tell you if the current president will remain in office. But I again can refer you to some of the bills the current president has passed and ask you to study them and you may be able to answer that question on your own.
There will be counter attacks but blocking them won't happen.
I can't say what kind of attacks but some will be bigger than 9-11. The first one will.
I cannot say if it's a sign in the sky because that could reveal the type of a particular attack.
I cannot say for certain that people will go back to their daily routines. I can just say that after 9-11 many Americans did so it's an opinion on if they will after this or not, and I'm sure some will.
There will be obvious direct impact from the first attack but there will also be massive, massive unfolding consequences following the first attack.
I don't know how long it has been planned. But current events do effect it.
There is one attack first. I do not know if the first attack is multiple attacks at once. But more attacks will follow, I just don't know when

After diligently searching for more information, I finally found what I was looking for in an Australian newspaper. The story appeared in Australia.TO from Brisbane, Australia. The article stated that ABC News via WCPO confirmed that Congress members were forbidden to talk about what went on in their secret meeting. Several of the Representatives, however, were so furious and concerned about the future of the country that they began leaking info. Here are some of the things that were reportedly leaked out regarding the secret meeting:
* Discussion regarding the imminent collapse of the U.S. economy to occur by September 2008
* The imminent collapse of the U.S. Government finances by February 2009
* The possibility of Civil War inside the United States as a result of the collapse (Hmm TV Show Jericho Anyone?)
* The advance round-ups of "insurgent U.S. citizens" likely to move against the government - The detention of those rounded up at REX 84 camps constructed throughout the United States
* The possibility of public retaliation against members of Congress for the collapses
* The location of safe facilities for members of Congress and their families to reside during massive civil unrest (Underground bases anyone?)
* The necessary and unavoidable merger of the United States with Canada and Mexico
* The issuance of a new currency called the AMERO for all three nations as an economic solution. (20) Obviously, there is no documentary proof for the above as the meetings were secret. Except for a few hundred thousand U.S. Patriots, most Americans have no clue what has really been going on within The United States over the past 100 years, and the sad thing is that most do not want to know the truth. The further you look into the rabbit hole, the deeper it gets. Go to any currency conversion site [13] and convert U.S. dollars to Euros so you can see for yourself the massive decline [14] of the dollar. Look at how much money is and has been spent on the Iraq War to date, ($12 billion per month [15]). Look at our currency and when it stopped being backed by gold.
The Federal Reserve [16] is not federal but a private bank who does not have Americans best interests at heart. We no longer have any manufacturing really based out of America and there is no way that our economy can survive this incredible strain very much longer. The IRS [17] strong arms every American yearly with income taxes, yet there are no laws saying an income tax is to be paid.
The CIA is involved in everything from global drug trafficking and covert military missions, to assassinations around the world and including U.S. Soil. Look at JFK for instance. It did not take long after JFK announced that he was going disband the CIA that he was shot in Texas. This legislation gives the government the power to seize property that facilitates the violation of intellectual property laws. The “so called” furnaces are exhaust fans.
AGA GAS Inc. Sells mostly asphyxiation type gases…you can verify this by doing a search via dogpile for AGA GAS Inc. and the look for web site MDS and they will list the gases.
In the video it shows a gas main, you can see there are 2 or 3 connections with regulators on top. Regulators are used to regulate pressure and gas mixtures.
It seems that this is indeed a death camp, for those on the red and blue list. It can process 26,000 people every 24hrs. The site has since been cleaned up to look inconspicuous."

If you did not know, In late 2006, Congress revised the Posse Comitatus [29] Act and the Insurrection Act to make it far easier for a president to declare martial law. Those changes were repealed at the end of this January as part of Public Law 110-181 (HR 4986), the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (signed into law by President Bush on January 28, 2008). Unfortunately it is not the great victory in which one might think because of the total militarization of all local and State police forces all across America.

Check out your local potable/ drinking water supplies, non perfumed chlorine bleach is a good sterilizer for water, about 2 teaspoons full per 2 gallon bucket, stirred well and allowed to stand for at least 24 hours with a lid on it or until it no longer smells of bleach. Boiling water helps but it is not always enough to kill off the bacteria which can resist high temperatures.

We are all on a Red or Blue list somewhere, those on the red list will be woken at 4am and taken to the camps and probably killed.
Red List - These people are the enemies of the NWO. They are the leaders of patriot groups, outspoken ministers, outspoken talk show hosts, community leaders and even probably NET leaders. These people will be dragged out of their homes at 4:00 am and will be taken to FEMA detention centers and killed. This will take place approx 2 weeks before martial law is enforced.
Blue List - these are also enemies of the NWO but are followers of the Red List folks. These people will be rounded up after martial law is in place and will be taken to the detention centers and 're-educated'. Various mind-control techniques will used on them. Most will not survive this. Mr. Springmeier was not specific on exactly who was on the Blue List, but I would guess that people such as you and I are on that list.
Yellow List - these are citizens who know nothing about the NWO and don't want to know. They are considered to be no threat at all and will be instructed as to how to behave and will most likely do whatever they are told. Unfortunately there are too many of these to be effectively controlled, so many will be killed or starved.

The RED List is for pick-up and execution before unobtrusive preparations for martial law are initiated. The BLUE List is also for execution, but later, within 6 weeks of martial law declaration. When you get picked up on a RED pick-up, they’ll take you from your home at night, probably around 4 am and put you in a black van, then drive you to a helicopter waiting to fly you to an intermediate point. There, you’ll be loaded onto a big 64-passenger CH-47 Chinook helicopter and fly you to one of 38 cities where you’ll board a 747, 737, or 727.
You may be taken straight to a red camp and executed. At some point, martial law will be declared. Martial law is when the writ of Habeas Corpus to have a trial by jury is suspended. Instead, of going to the judge, you go straight to jail. At this point, the BLUE listed people will be picked up. At that time, the country will be regionalized into ten regions, which are already designated by FEMA.

If you believe the corporate media, FEMA is simply a bungling and inept emergency management agency and its director, Michael Brown, according to the Washington Post, is simply an "accidental director" and "the failed head of an Arabian horse sporting group who was plucked from obscurity to become President Bush's point man for the worst natural disaster in U.S. history" and, as the Boston Globe notes, "got the job through an old college friend who at the time was heading up FEMA.... Brown -- formerly an estates and family lawyer -- this week has made several shocking public admissions, including interviews where he suggested FEMA was unaware of the misery and desperation of refugees stranded at the New Orleans convention center." In short, the corporate media would have us believe Brown is a clueless lawyer and former horse trader and FEMA an unresponsive federal bureaucratic leviathan wrapped up in red tape. But this does not explain the following:
FEMA refused evacuation help from Amtrak; it turned away experienced fire fighters and first responders; it turned back Wal-Mart supply trucks; refused to allow the Red Cross to deliver food; blocked a 500-boat citizen flotilla from delivering aid; turned away generators and other equipment (see this page with links to news stories). In other words, FEMA went out of its way to deny aid and allow people to die from dehydration, starvation, and lack of medicine and medical help. In addition to denying aid, and thus killing an as of yet (and possibly forever) unknown number of people, FEMA is attempting to control media access to the worst natural disaster in American history (see Journalist Groups Protest FEMA Ban on Photos of Dead). Moreover, journalists and photographers have been assaulted by troops and had their notebooks and cameras confiscated (see The Eye of the Hurricane by Matthias Gebauer).
Regardless of all the corporate media hype, FEMA was not created to respond to natural disasters and help American citizens (in fact, it is an unconstitutional construct, created by Executive Order, and draws its "lawful" facade not from the American people, but the fact Executive Order 12148 was published in the Federal Registry). "FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic," writes Harry V. Martin.
"General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a 'new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis.'" In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, a lot of criticism is focused on FEMA, but this is not the first time the agency has taken heat for "dropping the ball" after natural disasters. Martin writes:
FEMA's deceptive role really did not come to light with much of the public until Hurricane Andrew smashed into the U.S. mainland. As Russell R. Dynes, director of the Disaster Research Center of the University of Delaware, wrote in The World and I, "...The eye of the political storm hovered over the Federal Emergency Management Agency. FEMA became a convenient target for criticism." Because FEMA was accused of dropping the ball in Florida, the media and Congress commenced to study this agency. What came out of the critical look was that FEMA was spending 12 times more for "black operations" than for disaster relief.
It spent $1.3 billion building secret bunkers throughout the United States in anticipation of government disruption by foreign or domestic upheaval. Yet fewer than 20 members of Congress, only members with top security clearance, know of the $1.3 billion expenditure by FEMA for non-natural disaster situations. These few Congressional leaders state that FEMA has a "black curtain" around its operations. FEMA has worked on National Security programs since 1979, and its predecessor, the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency, has secretly spent millions of dollars before being merged into FEMA by President Carter in 1979.
One such black op was REX-84 (Alpha Explan, or Readiness Exercise 1984), exposed by the Miami Herald on July 5, 1987, and described as "a secret government within a government." Iran-Contra criminal Oliver North "worked closely with FEMA to redraw national contingency plans dealing with nearly everything from nuclear attack to civil insurrection," explains totse.com (FEMA: Blueprint For Tyranny).
"FEMA's action plan included the declaration of martial law, suspension of the Constitution and aggressive moves against dissenters. A trigger could be 'violent and widespread internal dissent.' This plan and its failure to clearly define a national crisis caused Attorney General Smith to issue an official protest. The Herald reported that on Aug. 2, 1984, Smith emphatically expressed to National Security Advisor Robert 'Bud' McFarlane his alarm over FEMA's 'expansion of the definition of severe emergency to encompass "routine" domestic law enforcement emergencies.'" Under Reagan, Louis O. Giuffrida, "a stealth-obsessed ex-California National Guard officer who preferred to be addressed according to his former rank in that organization," as Jonathan Vankin and John Whalen describe him, oversaw FEMA.
During the late sixties and early seventies, Giuffrida served as then California governor Reagan's terrorism advisor and at Reagan's request founded the California Specialized Training Institute, a school for police and military commandos. "Giuffrida and [Edwin] Meese (then Governor Reagan's chief assistant) helped develop a plan to purge California of its militant and peaceful protesters," Vankin and Whalen write. "Operation Cable Splicer, a variation of the Army Garden Plot, a 'domestic counterinsurgency' scheme, spied on suspected radicals and marshaled maximum force to squash riots and legitimate demonstrations alike."
It appears Hurricane Katrina has provided FEMA with an excuse to "dry run" its unconstitutional powers in New Orleans, rounding up "refugees" (now called "evacuees") and "relocating" them in various camps. "Some evacuees are being treated as 'internees' by FEMA," writes former NSC employee Wayne Madsen. "Reports continue to come into WMR that evacuees from New Orleans and Acadiana [the traditional twenty-two parish Cajun homeland] who have been scattered across the United States are being treated as 'internees' and not dislocated American citizens from a catastrophe. Some FEMA facilities are preventing these internees from leaving on their own. Reports of mandatory registration and the issuing of FEMA ID cards suggest that FEMA, an agency that is rife with right-wing security goons and severely lacking in humanitarian workers, has other motives in treating poor and destitute American citizens as prisoners in their own country." Call it REX-84 revisited.
"The disaster that struck New Orleans and the southern Gulf Coast has given rise to the largest military mobilization in modern history on US soil. Nearly 65,000 US military personnel are now deployed in disaster area, transforming the devastated port city into a war zone," writes Bill Van Auken. "While no doubt incompetence and indifference played a major role [in the supposedly bungled aid effort], there is also strong evidence that aid was deliberately withheld by the White House and the Pentagon as part of a strategy for asserting unfettered military control over the city.... the US ruling elite and both major parties have used September 11 as the pretext for implementing far-reaching attacks on democratic rights and breaching legal barriers -- such as Posse Comitatus -- against the use of military force against the American people." Van Auken mentions "that US military's Northern Command had developed a series of 'war plans' for the military 'to take charge' in domestic crises" allegedly in response to "supposed terrorist attacks, including the detonation of a nuclear device in a major American city" and "the catastrophe that struck New Orleans provided ideal conditions for testing the plans out."
Finally, as a corollary of the FEMA-Pentagon operations in New Orleans (as opposed to the soft and squishy and apparently endless corporate media spin about displaced people finding solace in private homes and humanitarian shelters), see Don Nash's Refugees from New Orleans behind barbed wire in Utah and I just got back from a FEMA Detainment Camp, the latter posted by a Christian man who attempted to deliver aid to Louisiana "refugees" (or detainees) in Oklahoma and was turned away by FEMA bureaucrats.

Halliburton has over the past few years received very lucrative contracts with the Federal Government and the Black Op Overseers from FEMA to build several Camps, they claim, for some unseen future threat from mass illegal immigration. This is a laughable cover story when you realize that the Federal Government and the Bush Administration has done almost nothing to prevent illegal immigrants from crossing our borders. If they are so afraid of some 'Mass Exodus' from Mexico into the U.S., then why don't they secure the border instead of spending millions on containment camps? The answer to this becomes painfully obvious when you read Oliver North's
declassified REX 84 documents.
This is not about containing illegal immigrants, this is about controlling domestic 'dissent'. FEMA has also consistently attempted to use the immigration issue as a means to implement NATIONAL ID CARDS, which are the first step towards the RFID chip. The Halliburton subsidiary KBR (formerly Brown and Root) announced on Jan. 24 that it had been awarded a $385 million contingency contract by the Department of Homeland Security to build detention camps. Story Here
Two weeks later, on Feb. 6, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff announced that the Fiscal Year 2007 federal budget would allocate over $400 million to add 6,700 additional detention beds (an increase of 32 percent over 2006). This $400 million allocation is more than a four-fold increase over the FY 2006 budget, which provided only $90 million for the same purpose.
Both the contract and the budget allocation are in partial fulfillment of an ambitious 10-year Homeland Security strategic plan, code-named ENDGAME, authorized in 2003. According to a 49-page Homeland Security document on the plan - (Google Endgame PDF)
Its goal is the capability to "remove all removable aliens," including "illegal economic migrants, aliens who have committed criminal acts, asylum-seekers (required to be retained by law) or potential terrorists."
There is no question that the Bush administration is under considerable political pressure to increase the detentions of illegal immigrants, especially from across the Mexican border. Confrontations along the border are increasingly violent, often involving the drug traffic.
But the problem of illegal immigration cannot be separated from other Bush administration policies: principally the retreat from traditional American programs designed to combat poverty in Latin America. In Florida last week, Democratic Party leader Howard Dean attacked the new federal budget for its almost 30 percent cut in development aid to Latin America and the Caribbean.
In truth, both parties have virtually abandoned the John F. Kennedy vision of an Alliance for Progress in Latin America. Kennedy's hope was that, by raising the standard of living of Latin America's poor, there would be less pressure on them to emigrate to the United States.
That vision foundered when successive administrations, both Democratic and Republican, contributed to the overthrow of democratically elected governments in Brazil, Chile and elsewhere, replacing them with oppressive dictatorships.
Since about 1970, the policies of the U.S.-dominated International Monetary Fund have also aggravated the problem of poverty in the rest of the world, especially Latin America. U.S. programs abroad, like programs at home, are now designed principally around the concept of security -- above all for oil installations and pipelines.
In consequence, the United States is being redefined as a vast gated community, hoping to isolate itself by force from its poverty-stricken neighbors. Inside the U.S. fortress sit 2.1 million prisoners, a greater percentage of the population than in any other nation. ENDGAME's crash program is designed to house additional detainees who have not been convicted of crimes.
Significantly, both the KBR contract and the ENDGAME plan are open-ended. The contract calls for a response to "an emergency influx of immigrants, or to support the rapid development of new programs" in the event of other emergencies, such as "a natural disaster." "New programs" is of course a term with no precise limitation. So, in the current administration, is ENDGAME's goal of removing "potential terrorists."
It is relevant that in 2002, Attorney General John Ashcroft announced his desire to see camps for U.S. citizens deemed to be "enemy combatants." On Feb. 17 of this year, in a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld spoke of the harm being done to the country's security, not just by the enemy, but also by what he called "news informers" who needed to be combated in "a contest of wills." Two days earlier, citing speeches critical of Bush by Al Gore, John Kerry, and Howard Dean, conservative columnist Ben Shapiro called for "legislation to prosecute such sedition."
Since 9/11 the Bush administration has implemented a number of inter-related programs, which had been planned for secretly in the 1980s under President Reagan. These so-called "Continuity of Government" or COG proposals included vastly expanded detention capabilities, warrantless eavesdropping and detention, and preparations for greater use of martial law.
Prominent among the secret planners of this program in the 1980s were then-Congressman Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld, who at the time was in private business as CEO of the drug company G.D. Searle.
The principal desk officer for the program was Oliver North, until he was forced to resign in 1986 over Iran-Contra.
When planes crashed into the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001, Vice President Cheney's response, after consulting President Bush, was to implement a classified "Continuity of Government" plan for the first time, according to the 9/11 Commission report.
As the Washington Post later explained, the order "dispatched a shadow government of about 100 senior civilian managers to live and work secretly outside Washington, activating for the first time long-standing plans."
What these managers in this shadow government worked on has never been reported. But it is significant that the group that prepared ENDGAME was, as the Homeland Security document puts it, "chartered in September 2001." For ENDGAME's goal of a capacious detention capability is remarkably similar to Oliver North's controversial Rex-84 "readiness exercise" for COG in 1984.
This called for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to round up and detain 400,000 imaginary "refugees," in the context of "uncontrolled population movements" over the Mexican border into the United States.
North's exercise, which reportedly contemplated possible suspension of the United States Constitution, led to questions being asked during the Iran-Contra Hearings. One concern then was that North's plans for expanded internment and detention facilities would not be confined to "refugees" alone.
Oliver North represented a minority element in the Reagan administration, which soon distanced itself from both the man and his proposals. But that minority associated with COG planning, which included Dick Cheney, appear to be in control of the U.S. government today.

Well Vantage Products is a 32 min drive from the Madison Vaults.

As you all know, death is one of those issues that we all fear yet we all will go through it at some time in our life and we have most all experienced a loved one passing away. In fact there is as average of 2.5 million deaths occurring each year. Some are cremated and some are buried. Most burials require an outside burial container to go around the casket to keep the ground from settling and the aesthetics of the cemetery beautiful with the least amount of maintenance needed. Until about 30 years or so ago, the only outside burial containers available were Concrete or wooden boxes. Because of modern technology, there are now other alternatives to concrete such as fiberglass and polymers (plastic).
I am not sure how Polyguard became associated with the burial vaults that are stored in Georgia. Those vaults are manufactured by our competitors in Georgia. However, the Manufacturers own the property they are stored on and there is no big secret surrounding the vaults. Because of manufacturing costs and the ability to manufacture 2 parts probably every 2 – 5 minutes, once the process begins, to be cost effective you manufacture until your raw products are gone. This creates inventory that can be rotated and used as needed.
In the funeral service industry, there is a program called “pre-need” which allows families to go to a funeral home or cemetery and pre-pay for their funeral merchandise and services. I would guess that most of these vaults have been pre-sold and they are meeting the requirement of the storage program set forth by the manufacturing company and the Federal Trade Commission who governs funeral service. Because we do not own the vaults and are not the manufacturers of the vaults, I cannot tell you those numbers for sure.
Many of you keep referencing a patent for a cremation container. This product never even made it to the market as far as I know. If it did, it is not the same product that is being stored at the manufacturers storage facility in Georgia. DO NOT CONFUSE THE TWO ITEMS!!!!

From her demeanor at the beginning of the phone call to how she reacted to my question , I got the impression she was trying to get me off the phone.
Suffice to say I didn't leave a message on the answerphone , but if anyone else can call back, please do it because Polyguard has stated in an email that the vaults located in Georgia are not theirs but Vantage Products stock.

As you all know, death is one of those issues that we all fear yet we all will go through it at some time in our life and we have most all experienced a loved one passing away. In fact there is as average of 2.5 million deaths occurring each year. Some are cremated and some are buried. Most burials require an outside burial container to go around the casket to keep the ground from settling and the aesthetics of the cemetery beautiful with the least amount of maintenance needed. Until about 30 years or so ago, the only outside burial containers available were Concrete or wooden boxes. Because of modern technology, there are now other alternatives to concrete such as fiberglass and polymers (plastic).
I am not sure how Polyguard became associated with the burial vaults that are stored in Georgia. Those vaults are manufactured by our competitors in Georgia. However, the Manufacturers own the property they are stored on and there is no big secret surrounding the vaults. Because of manufacturing costs and the ability to manufacture 2 parts probably every 2 – 5 minutes, once the process begins, to be cost effective you manufacture until your raw products are gone. This creates inventory that can be rotated and used as needed.
In the funeral service industry, there is a program called “pre-need” which allows families to go to a funeral home or cemetery and pre-pay for their funeral merchandise and services. I would guess that most of these vaults have been pre-sold and they are meeting the requirement of the storage program set forth by the manufacturing company and the Federal Trade Commission who governs funeral service. Because we do not own the vaults and are not the manufacturers of the vaults, I cannot tell you those numbers for sure.
Many of you keep referencing a patent for a cremation container. This product never even made it to the market as far as I know. If it did, it is not the same product that is being stored at the manufacturers storage facility in Georgia. DO NOT CONFUSE THE TWO ITEMS!!!!

The name of their competitor is Vantage Products Corp. in Covington, Georgia. I checked their website, and they do indeed make plastic coffins similar to those in the video. Here is their web Address
Polyguard has had contracts with the Veterans Affairs Dept totalling over 2 millino dollars this we know from Fedspending.org
Now, Polyguard basically claims that the Coffins depicted in the video are merely 'back stock', and that Vantage OWNS the land they are on. How they would know that for certain is unclear. However, this is what I found on Vantage's own website:
"Vantage is now located and headquartered in a new, state-of-the-art 100,000 square foot facility in Covington, Georgia. The facility is home to two new injection molding machines, robotic painting systems, R & D, as well as ample storage and shipping facilities."
If Vantage has "ample storage and shipping facilities" in Covington, why would they need to store their merchandise in the middle of an open field in Madison? According to the producers of the video, the private owners of the land would not give any explanation to why the coffins were there.
Why all the secrecy? Why not simply state that the coffins belong to Vantage Corp, and they are there for storage? Also, why would Vantage store what looks to be a huge portion of their valuable stock in the middle of a field far from their shipping and distribution facility? And why would it sit there undisturbed for years without being rotated, diminished, or replenished?
None of these questions have so far been answered. We at Neithercorp certainly hope that there is no insidious purpose to these coffins, and that all is well, but until we get some clear and honest answers, our suspicions will remain.
If you Google map the location of Vantage Products Corporation...it will show that they have thousands of these things stored at their plant. Maybe they have overflow storage in the field down the road?

No company would produce that kind of inventory to sit outside for an indefinite period of time without advance payment. Since this Vantage has connections to Hercules which has connections to DuPont, Monsanto, aerospace, weapons manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, etc., all connected to government, the fact that these are coffins is not a good sign, especially in Georgia where the Georgia Guidestones have been erected
