"Mass Evacuation Bus" Cruising Down The Highway 29/06/09

While out on the road this morning I came upon a very peculiar vehicle. This "Mass Evacuation Bus" is obviously owned and operated by a local county E.M.S. department and was being relocated to an undisclosed location. An immediate phone call to a local Patriot informed me that this bus was, in fact, heading in the opposite direction of where this county asset is typically maintained and stored. Perhaps, the county was just taking her out for a spin to "clear out the cobwebs". Or, perhaps out on a training exercise over at the local "Emergency Containment Area" (creepy no windows)

I've been saying it for the past 3 years now. America is going to be taken down , I am 100% certain we are going to have a Nuclear disaster or pandemic soon.

Several days ago I discovered this road sign had been erected overnight on a route I travel almost daily. It was placed at the entrance to a D.O.T. highway "rest area". Should this be considered as an indicator of potential martial law enforcement and travel restriction. Or, should it be considered as standard D.O.T. signage used to indicate some sort of designated contingency response area?

Has anyone else seen similar signs in their area? Or, does anyone with D.O.T. and/or emergency response experience have any insights to add?

This instruction implements the Joint Strategic Capability Plan and details how all levels of command will collect, record, report, evaluate, and pass information on nuclear detonations, biological, and or chemical events, and any contamination resulting from those events. It supports Commander in Chief North American Aerospace Defense Command (CINCNORAD) CONPLAN 3310-96(S) and is directive on all forces and commands in the NORAD Nuclear Biological Chemical Warning and Reporting System (NBCWRS).

The GLASSEYE report is an aircrew voice report describing, in narrative form, observed post-attack battle damage. This information is passed to a NORAD NBCOC which formats the information into a CARDA report. The CARDA report can then be FORWARD TOLD via ROCC and SOCC FORWARD TELL lines and NFARS and NAFTOC teletype circuits.


Once a GLASSEYE Report (Attachment 4), has been received, it is converted at the RAOCs and SAOCs to a NORAD Form 56, CARDA Report (see Attachment 5), and transmitted through the HQ NORAD NBCWRS to the NCAs, major military commands, and federal agencies over the FORWARD TELL TTY circuit. The HQ NORAD NBCOC telephone numbers for GLASSEYE or CARDA reports are DSN 268-3392/3393 or NTAS 310-268- 3392/3393.

I do not for one minute believe Operation Blackjack is just from the pure imagination of Justin Williams. As one of the coded messages from the storyboard says "This is not simply entertainment"

Operation Blackjack took a lot of research and planning. (Yes the graphics were crap and I could do a better job with my eyes closed) but No-one unaccustomed to conspiracies, shadow government , nor the threats and politics of today could put this together in such a fashion as it was. Not to mention the pure eeriness of it all.


I would err on the side of caution here, and keep your eyes open, be prepared, and don't allow yourselves to be caught up in one subject only, keep your eye on the ball, think outside the box. Never forget who you are dealing with. TPTB control the mainstream media and will delight in screwing with the public, especially those who are tuned into their activities. don't give the evil doers the delight of instilling FEAR into you. They want to create fear, it is "Order out of Chaos" and that is the way they always operate. It is their motto. If you fear , you are being controlled and they have succeeded. Live as free as you possibly can and don't allow yourselves to be bullied.

They are rubbing this in our faces, I believe 100% that America is destined for Nuclear war very soon, I have been saying it for the past few years, and yes people scoff and laugh at my thoughts on this, however I just direct them back to the year 2000 and ask them if they thought the events of Sept 11 , 2001 could ever happen, it's funny when they silently speak the word "no" then look down to the floor and think!

America is going to suffer like its never suffered before, I believe the daily Telegraph is openly shoving this down our throats, it to desensitize us, just as "the long gunman" did, just as all the signs of 911 did , It is a ruse to get us "comfortable" or "Accept and get used to" what is coming.

I am compelled by the Holy Spirit to send out an urgent message to all on our mailing list, and to friends and to bishops we have met all over the world.

AN EARTH-SHATTERING CALAMITY IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN. IT IS GOING TO BE SO FRIGHTENING, WE ARE ALL GOING TO TREMBLE - EVEN THE GODLIEST AMONG US.

For ten years I have been warning about a thousand fires coming to New York City. It will engulf the whole megaplex, including areas of New Jersey and Connecticut. Major cities all across America will experience riots and blazing fires—such as we saw in Watts, Los Angeles, years ago.

There will be riots and fires in cities worldwide. There will be looting—including Times Square, New York City. What we are experiencing now is not a recession, not even a depression. We are under God's wrath. In Psalm 11 it is written,

"If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?" (v. 3).

In Psalm 11:6, David warns, "Upon the wicked he will rain snares (coals of fire)…fire…burning wind…will be the portion of their cup." Why? David answered, "Because the Lord is righteous" (v. 7). This is a righteous judgment—just as in the judgments of Sodom and in Noah's generation.

WHAT SHALL THE RIGHTEOUS DO? WHAT ABOUT GOD'S PEOPLE?

First, I give you a practical word I received for my own direction. If possible lay in store a thirty-day supply of non-perishable food, toiletries and other essentials. In major cities, grocery stores are emptied in an hour at the sign of an impending disaster.

As for our spiritual reaction, we have but two options. This is outlined in Psalm 11. We "flee like a bird to a mountain." Or, as David says, "He fixed his eyes on the Lord on his throne in heaven—his eyes beholding, his eyelids testing the sons of men" (v. 4). "In the Lord I take refuge" (v. 1).

I will say to my soul: No need to run...no need to hide. This is God's righteous work. I will behold our Lord on his throne, with his eye of tender, loving kindness watching over every step I take—trusting that he will deliver his people even through floods, fires, calamities, tests, trials of all kinds.

Note: I do not know when these things will come to pass, but I know it is not far off. I have unburdened my soul to you. Do with the message as you choose.

CBS Jericho Episode 13 (Season 1) - BlackJack







Jericho is an American serial drama that centers on the residents of the fictional town of Jericho, Kansas in the aftermath of nuclear attacks on 23 major cities in the contiguous United States.




"Black Jack" is the thirteenth episode of season one of the CBS drama Jericho. It first aired on February 28, 2007. The episode's title is a reference to the first battle fought in the "Bleeding Kansas" episode of the American Civil War.[1]



This episode includes several hints as to how people outside of Jericho are responding to the attacks. A news board and map in the Black Jack camp provide clues to the state of world in the post-attack environment. Conversations with refugees suggest that Germany has sent airdropped supplies as well as China

The map also indicates the United States has divided into six unnamed regional groupings; their geographic reach is discernible from the map display. "Red flag" routes have higher death toll numbers than the "yellow flag" ones.

This second screen shot shows the time of 9:02am, which is an allusion to the Oklahoma City bombing, and April 19th is what the American militia movement equates to PATRIOT'S DAY. April 19, 1775 contains significance, as well. On that date in Lexington, Massachusetts "The Shot Heard 'Round The World" took place. This patriotic event is one reason why that date is considered to be PATRIOT'S DAY to those in the American militia movement. Well, apparently the Government is expecting a Half Million people to die relatively soon, and the Atlanta Airport is a major airline traffic hub, probably the biggest in the country, which means Georgia is a prime base to conduct military operations and coordination.


It is also the home of the CDC, the Center for Disease Control. I don't want to alarm anyone, but usually you don't buy 500,000 plastic coffins "just in case something happens," you buy them because you know something is going to happen. These air tight seal containers would be perfect to bury victims of plague or biological warfare in, wouldn't they?


And even if (as some people say) they are Coffin Liners.... Why would they need that many? what for? and for what purpose?



They are durable and can re-used that we know already.

You would think that ANY company with this many burial vaults would be trying to sell them like hotcakes.. But that's just it.. They don't and they never have.. the vaults have simply built up over the years and NO company is selling them or even offers burial vault services anywhere online from this location.

While at work today, I was called into an office by my immediate supervisor and told that my duties were to change because of a new directive brought on by the higher ups. We are all on aRed orBlue list somewhere, those on the red list will be woken at 4am and taken to the camps and probably killed.

Red List - These people are the enemies of the NWO. They are the leaders of patriot groups, outspoken ministers, outspoken talk show hosts, community leaders, and even probably NET leaders. These people will be dragged out of their homes at 4:00 am and will be taken to FEMA detention centers and killed. This will take place approximately 2 weeks before martial law is enforced.

Blue List - these are also enemies of the NWO, but are followers of the Red List folks. These people will be rounded up after martial law is in place, and will be taken to the detention centers and ‘re-educated’. Various mind-control techniques will used on them. The vast majority had yellow discs, which are reflective, and show up well in the car headlights. As I got into town, I noticed some larger colored discs on the curb at several houses. I would imagine they could be placed on door posts as well, or most any hard surface such as a wall. Go outside at dark with a flashlight and check it out,and see if they are in your area also.

My Thoughts In A Nutshell.


Well these coffins could be in preparation for a coming bio attack on the USA, or as I suspect (along with the Camps) could be for those who resist the Anti-Christ & refuse to take the Mark of the beast (NWO) etc, I have no doubt in my mind about that.


What I will advise is that if during anytime of martial law you are asked to relocate and directed to any transportation, you run like hell in the other direction, take what you can and run.
